By accessing and using CirrusHub's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CirrusHub provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website Development and Design
• UI/UX Design Services
• Social Media Management
• E-Commerce Solutions
• Custom Application Development

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with our services

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or quotes. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated in individual agreements

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on the CirrusHub website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CirrusHub and protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Projects: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. CirrusHub retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Project Revisions

The number of revisions included in each project tier is specified in our pricing plans:

• Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions
• Professional Package: 4 rounds of revisions
• Enterprise Package: Unlimited revisions with priority support

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

7. Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, content delivery, etc.) may affect the timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CirrusHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• CirrusHub will deliver all completed work up to the termination date
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy

11. Modifications to Terms

CirrusHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and Indonesia, depending on the jurisdiction of the service agreement.
